Wyatt Jefferson is a dedicated pitching coach, mental performance trainer, and former Division 1 collegiate pitcher with a passion for developing athletes both on and off the field. As the owner of BullPenDoc Pitching LLC and The Lab Baseball Academy, Wyatt brings his extensive experience and unique perspective to help pitchers unlock their full potential, both physically and mentally.
A graduate of The University of Toledo, Wyatt excelled as a pitcher for the Toledo Rockets, where he gained valuable insights into the demands of competitive baseball at the highest level. Wyatt now applies this expertise as the pitching coach at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, where he works with high school athletes to refine their skills and elevate their performance.
In addition to his work at CHCA, Wyatt has spent the past four summers coaching travel baseball with Canes Ohio. Over this time, he has served as both pitching coach and head coach, honing his leadership and mentorship skills while helping young athletes develop their craft and achieve success.
As the head trainer for all pitching and mental performance programs at BullPenDoc, Wyatt focuses on more than just technique—he is deeply committed to the growth of each athlete's mindset. With a philosophy rooted in discipline, mental toughness, and continuous improvement, Wyatt strives to bring out the best in every player, helping them achieve their short- and long-term goals while building character and resilience.
Wyatt believes that baseball offers invaluable life lessons, and he is passionate about teaching athletes not only to become better players, but better people. His motto, “Let’s be 1% better together,” reflects his commitment to pushing every athlete to constantly improve and reach their highest potential.
